
North of @ 255 Lbs
Here I am, tipping the scales North of 255 Lbs.
I actually dieted before joining Weight Watchers in 2006. My first 12 months I lost 56 Lbs. on their Core Plan, and then I hit a diet wall. After 18 more months and only losing 9 pounds… I was discouraged and ready to quit. But quitting most likely meant putting back on some or all of this weight… so I kept going weekly. It was not easy as most of you reading this already know!
I was ready to throw in the diet towel…
…and at that point, I was introduced to Take Shape for Life!
I’ve lost 36.4 Lbs in 18 weeks on Take Shape For Life (TSFL)
and still loosing weekly…
My overall total since I began is now: 101.4 Lbs.
My goal is 140 Lbs. and at a steady drop rate of 2 pounds a week on Take Shape For Life program, I am going to make it to my optimal health sooner than later!
